Renwick Culvert Project Update

The Village of Cayuga Heights has awarded the Renwick Culvert Replacement Project to J.B. Excavation Services of Apalachin, NY. The contract was approved at the February 18 Board meeting following a standard competitive bid process.

Construction is scheduled to begin this spring, with an anticipated completion in late summer.

During construction, Cayuga Heights Road will be closed on the west side of the intersection with West Remington Road at the project location. A signed detour will be in place for the duration of the project, as shown on the map below.

Local access to residences will be maintained; however, motorists should expect minor delays and are encouraged to follow posted detour signage.

The Village appreciates your patience and cooperation as this important infrastructure improvement is completed.
